For those seeking a singular, heirloom-quality playing experience with the rich sparkle of a 12-string guitar, there’s no better option than the Next Generation PS54ce. This versatile Grand Auditorium boasts back and sides of premium Honduran rosewood, a highly dense, hard tonewood that yields exceptional tonal sophistication and harmonic complexity. Paired with an Adirondack spruce top and V-Class interior bracing, the result is a lush, dazzling voice with clear top-end definition, warm bass response and remarkable dynamic range that preserves clarity even under an aggressive strumming attack. A slender, smooth-playing Action Control Neck™ allows you to make precise adjustments to string height in seconds. The long-tenon neck design offers enhanced sustain and resonance. With Volume, Mid-Contour and Tone soundhole controls, the Claria™ pickup system makes it easy to shape your tone in any live performance setting. Premium appointments include antique gold Gotoh 510 tuning machines, mother-of-pearl and paua California Vine inlays, paua purfling, a rosewood pickguard, a shaded edgeburst treatment for the back and sides, and a radius-style ebony armrest.
All instruments from Music Makers are professionally evaluated and set-up in our historic Galesburg, IL. storefront prior to shipping.
