Repair Services

From vintage amp overhauls to synthesizer key replacements, cracked headstocks to buzzing pickups, we understand that sometimes rock 'n' roll isn't exactly maintenance free. Our technicians bring years of experience to repairs, ensuring your gear is back in action as quickly and professionally as possible. While we can do our best to give an estimate over the phone, the fastest way to get started on a repair is to bring the instrument into our shop for an in-hand evaluation.

Guitar/Bass Restring: 

$10+strings ($20 w/ Floyd Rose). Also, a little lesson on how to do it yourself is available at no extra cost, just ask to watch!

Basic Set-Up: 

Includes restringing, neck bow adjustment, String height adjustment, intonation, and a run-through of all electronics and hardware: $30+strings, $60+strings w/Floyd Rose.

Tuning Machine Replacement: 

Installation includes all necessary drilling and filling of holes, widening of recesses for tuners. $30 + cost of machines ($35-$140)

Custom Wiring Configuration: 

Email for estimate, please. Got a tone you're chasing but don't know how to capture?  Maybe you want to keep all the high frequencies as you roll your volume off, or just love goofy switching setups!  All things are possible with the application of technology and solder.  Email us with what you'd like to accomplish with this new wiring scheme, and we can go over how to make it work from there.

Pickup Installations: 

Acoustic, Electric, and Bass Guitar: $50/hr. bench fee, generally 2-3 hours for pickup installation on acoustic, 1-2 on solid and non-hollowbody electric guitars with easy wiring access.  Accurate estimate upon inspection of guitar, wiring layout, and consultation of what you want the pickup to accomplish.

Amp & Electronics Repairs:

$70/hr. bench fee, accurate estimate upon inspection.

Level, Crown, and Polish: 

Sanding, crowning, & dressing frets, fingerboard cleaning and conditioning with appropriate treatment. Includes truss rod adjustment, action adjustment, intonation, fret level, deep clean and restring: $150+strings
