Offering players a more accessible entry point to the beloved sound of solid rosewood and spruce, the Next Generation 412ce is sure to impress everyday players and professionals alike. The combination of Indian rosewood back and sides with a Sitka spruce top gets a boost here from our scalloped V-Class bracing, strategically lightened in key spots to improve volume, sustain, low-end warmth and pitch accuracy. All together, it adds up to a rich, balanced voice with complex harmonic texture to complement its pristine trebles and steady bass range. The compact Grand Concert body and Action Control Neck make for a singularly comfortable experience, with an intimate feel that you can dial in to perfection with the innovative neck design. Our Claria electronics round out the suite of Next-Gen features, offering clear, adaptable live tone easily shaped to suit your tastes with intuitive soundhole-mounted controls. Visual details include black binding with black/white top edge trim, a white single-ring rosette, Weathervane inlays in faux-pearl Italian acrylic, a firestripe pickguard and a full-body gloss finish.
All instruments from Music Makers are professionally evaluated and set-up in our historic Galesburg, IL. storefront prior to shipping.
