This Fender Custom Shop 1964 Precision Bass Relic in Bleached 3-Color Sunburst recreates the look, feel, and sound of an early-'60s Precision Bass with a lightly worn relic finish. It has a '60 Precision Bass Oval "C" neck profile and a three-piece neck with an AAA rosewood fingerboard set to a 7.25" radius, giving the instrument a vintage fretboard feel and comfortable thumb position for classic P-Bass playing. Tone comes from a '62 Precision Bass Relic pickup wired in a period-accurate circuit, delivering the warm, punchy low end and focused midrange those early Precision Basses are known for, while aged hardware and appointments complete the vintage presentation.
