An impeccably crafted and impossibly well preserved short-lived reissue of Fender's highly collectible '73 Competition Mustang, this CIJ model was produced only from 1999-2002. While its stage ready Candy Apple Red finish with a striking cream racing stripe, era-correct hardware and electronics, and addictive 24" scale length rosewood fingerboard with 1-7/16" nut width and 7.25" radius are every bit the nod to this CBS-era Fender stunner, this Mustang truly hasn't been out of the garage much, with only the most minor indications of any use in its 23 years. Notes:
This 1999 Fender CIJ '73 Reissue Competition Mustang is in Excellent condition, part of a single-owner, climate controlled collection, with extremely light wear (pictured) consistent with age and occasional home use. Includes tremolo arm and Fender gig bag.
