How do I return an item?
Music Makers wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days for return authorization. All returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of the original sale. Once your item is returned to Music Makers, we'll refund your payment, less any shipping charges. The returned item must be in the same condition as purchased with the same container and packing material and any warranty cards and owner's manuals. The refund will be applied, less shipping charges, in the same manner that payment was made. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The refund may take up to two weeks to allow for inspection of returned items. This return period is not valid for opened computer software, videos, manuals, books, AC adaptors, any percussion items that have been played, used items, special order items, wind instruments, or headphones.
When returning an item to us, please use UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation, as Music Makers cannot be responsible for returned items not received back by us. In addition, a legible copy of the original invoice must be included. Failure to observe any of these conditions may result in a restocking fee of 15%.
